just quite hard for the visitor if want to come, we need to go down and pickup them. but understand that its for privacy and security of the place and mostly all host using concept like that.

Next time definitely will stay back this place.
We could easily get in contact with them and they would get a runner to bring what we neeeded; water, toilet paper etc or help with internet. Even snacks and breakfast could be brought (small fee). Free cleaning was provided every day, if we wanted. Check out is late, 1 pm and very smooth.
Apartment view from balcony is amazing and everything in apartment is clean. Felt very safe there - even security is kind and helpful. Locations is very good. There is a lot of things nearby. Fully recommend.
Initially, there were some issues with ants around the skirting area and mosquitoes on the balcony. However, the host arranged housekeeping accordingly, and the service was great and very polite. They handled the situation with confidence, just as they assured me they would, and everything was resolved promptly.
After that, my stay was smooth and exactly as enjoyable as I had hoped. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to live in.

Thank you for your services. The whole staying was great with a superb view front the balcony! The staff and runners all are very welcoming and helpful. The location considered good too as it is accessible to places, just if you don’t mind of the traffic haha. And it’s good that you can bring along your furkids here, which is a plus! The only thing that’s not good is just the soundproofing of the room.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is great, has all the amenities needed and the view was great. I hope the management read this and decide the right options about this issue, there’s no hotel in this industry anywhere in the world is using dark beddings or dark pillows, it’s just disgusting.
The swimming pool is large, clean, and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the room we stayed in offered a stunning sea view, providing a serene and refreshing atmosphere every morning.
However, there is one drawback that should be noted, especially for Muslim guests. Unfortunately, the apartment does not provide prayer rugs or prayer garments for prayer. This could be an important consideration for those who need these amenities during their stay.
Overall, this apartment is a great choice with very affordable price (hopefully the good price not changed). Then the location is perfect, Its only 15 minutes to city center by car and comfortable accommodation with ample facilities, though it has a minor shortfall in terms of prayer amenities. Room is organised better and decently clean with amenities provided.
Location is absolutely perfect with a lot of eatery nearby.
The admin desk closes at 12am and opens at 9am. For booking with pet RM30 extra charge, and additional RM200 deposit (on top of the existing deposit). One parking provided, but you can request additional parking for a flat daily rate.
The unit we got was quite spacious and very well equipped for the 5 of us. Overall cleanliness, sheets and bedding were good, but the shower area (tiles, floor, glass) could use some scrubbing. That can get a bit icky to step on.
